Factory Act1948, Sec 45-C, First Aid – CPR Training

As per factory act-1948, Section 45-C, FIRST AID – CPR Training is compulsory for employees in every industry.

First aid education can save lives in situations of an employee falling ill or being involved in an accident. The managers and supervisors at the workplace are expected to be highly proficient when it comes to the administration of first aid for minor accidents and severe emergency situations. With this knowledge, all employees will be in a better position to protect the co-workers in any dangerous situation.
